Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including any accessories, manuals, and inserts, if applicable).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products / digital products

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Gifts
